Service Description

Saturday, October 12th 2024 2:00-5:00pm Run through the foundations of sourdough baking with chef Chris including: introduction to sourdough knowledge, caring for your starter, shaping and best practices for baking in domestic ovens. He will provide you with all the tools and knowledge so you can go on to bake your own sourdough from scratch at home. Includes: info sheet, recipe card, sourdough starter, banneton and sourdough loaf to take home and bake the next day. Light meal (including our house sourdough) and refreshments included. Please note: This class is located at Lilijana Upstairs (169 Bay Street, Port Melbourne). This will be located on the first floor via a flight of stairs and unfortunately does not have wheelchair accessibility. *Minimum of 4 attendees required for the class to run, maximum of 8 per class.
